About Monika
With over a decade of experience in wellness leadership, I’ve dedicated my life to creating spaces where people can reconnect to themselves through heat, cold, and presence.
I was born and raised in the Czech Republic, where sauna culture runs deep. After spending three years in the USA, I’m now based in beautiful Sumatra, Indonesia. In June 2025, I decided to completely flip my life. After 13 years of putting my career first, I chose to slow down, breathe, and move to a tropical island surrounded by nature and fresh air. I wanted to bring together everything I’ve learned — from leading large wellness companies to guiding people in intimate, personal experiences — and share it with the world.
I’m passionate about contrast therapy, sauna ceremonies, mindful breathing, movement, nature and healthy living — all combined with the kind of unreasonable hospitality that makes every one feel truly seen.
Why work with me?
I’ve worked in the wellness industry for over 13 years — from receptionist and saunamaster to Director, COO, and Expansion Manager. This hands-on journey taught me every layer of how a great wellness space operates — from daily routines and unforgettable guest experiences to business planning and expansion.
In the Czech Republic, I was proud to work with Infinit, the country’s largest wellness company, where I helped lead a team of over 500 people and contributed to $138M in annual revenue.
Later, as Expansion Manager at Mindzero in the USA, I supported operations, expansion, program design, and the training of guides and saunamasters. I launched the flagship Mount Pleasant studio, which reached 564 members and $85K in monthly revenue within just six months — while building one of the most connected and passionate communities I’ve ever seen.
I bring a deep understanding of what makes people, teams, and businesses thrive. I know what works — and what doesn’t — when it comes to creating spaces that balance wellness, business success, and genuine human connection. I’ve proven this in both the Czech Republic and the USA, and I’m confident I can apply it to any country and any culture.
